The function of drum roaster is to adjust the temperature and moisture of the oil seeds, fully destroy the cell structure of the oil seeds, so as to improve the oil yield and improve the quality of oil and cake.

The operation process of drum roaster

First, pre-heat the drum roaster.

Then, put the oil seeds into the hopper for feeding into the drum roaster.

Next, under the continuous rotation of the drum roaster, the oil seeds will be flipped and fully heated.

At last, after the roasting process is finished, the oil seeds will be transported to oil presser for extracting oil out or directly stored for use later.
