5TPD palm kernel oil and soybean oil refinery project in Nigeria

Good news! The 5TPD batch type edible oil refinery plant supplied by Henan Glory for a Nigerian customer was successfully commissioned and officially put into operation on July 31, 2026. Designed according to the customer's production needs, the project provides a flexible refining solution for both crude palm kernel oil and crude soybean oil.

Featuring a batch refining system and thermal oil heating, the refinery allows refining conditions to be adjusted according to different crude oil characteristics, while the heating system provides stable and uniform heat transfer. This configuration suited the customer's need to process two different feedstocks at a relatively small production scale, while keeping the refining system compact and manageable.

Henan Glory provided complete turnkey support throughout the project, including process and equipment design, manufacturing, export logistics, on-site installation, commissioning, process optimization, and local operator training. Following commissioning, our Nigeria branch continues to provide technical assistance and after-sales support to help ensure smooth and stable operation of the refinery.
