They are chosen based on the input capacity of sunflower seeds. How to make cooking oil from sunflower seeds by press way?

Firstly, the sunflower seeds need to be cleaned by cleaning machines, including cleaning sieve, magnetic separation machine and destoner. Then, the impurities in the sunflower seeds will be removed out.

Secondly, use a machine to husk the sunflower seeds and separate the sunflower seed kernel and shell.

Thirdly, though a flaking machine and a cooking machine to adjust the state, temperature and humidity of sunflower seeds, so as to improve the oil yield when pressing.

At last, use sunflower oil press machine to make cooking oil from the sunflower seeds. If you want to improve the oil yield, you can choose to use pre-press machine and press machine together, so that it can achieve the effect of the second squeeze.

How to make cooking oil from sunflower seeds by solvent extraction way?

Using solvent extraction way to make cooking oil from sunflower seeds, the sunflower seeds also need a series of machines to process as that before pressing. And at the last, use pre-press machine to get sunflower oil and sunflower seed cakes. And then send the sunflower seed cakes into sunflower oil solvent extraction workshop.
